The power unit is used in many industries, and in practical operations, it plays a significant role. If there are some problems in the center, it will affect the normal operation of the entire system. Therefore, we should pay attention to maintenance and protection when using the power unit, but there may also be some problems during use

For example, if it is found that the hydraulic power unit motor does not rotate or rotates, it is necessary to check the circuit problem. If it is a rotation, the wires need to be swapped and connected properly to handle it.

Another common situation is that during the operation of the hydraulic power unit, the motor can start normally, but the oil cylinder does not lift properly or the engine may stop and move unstable. Why is this situation happening? The reasons can be considered from six aspects:

1. The hydraulic oil in the fuel tank has not been filled to the required position. Add the oil to the position 30 to 50 millimeters away from the oil port as required;

2. If there is gas in the oil cylinder or oil pipe, remove the oil pipe and reinstall it;

3. The wiring of the directional valve is incorrect, resulting in the directional valve not functioning properly. When oil returns from the directional valve to the oil tank, it is necessary to check if the wiring of the directional valve is correct;

4. The pressure regulating valve is too small. At this moment, it should be increased first and then adjusted to the appropriate pressure range;

5. If the directional valve or manual valve is not closed, remove it for cleaning or replacement;

6. The seal at the oil outlet of the gear pump is damaged. Remove and replace the seal.

Other problems may also arise when the hydraulic power unit is unloaded, such as the oil cylinder not lowering or unstable lowering. At this moment, it may be due to the solenoid valve not being powered on or not being powered on properly, or the voltage not meeting the standard. It is necessary to check the circuit. It may also be due to prolonged power on or high voltage, resulting in overheating and burnt out electromagnets. The solenoid valve should be replaced.

In addition, during the use of hydraulic power units, other problems may also be encountered, such as replacing electrical components in a timely manner when electrical components or circuits are open or damaged. Or if the hydraulic power unit operates for a long time, the oil temperature rises, the noise is loud, the oil cylinder operates abnormally or loses control, the power unit operation should be stopped in a timely manner.
